Dnata Switzerland Wins Brussels Airlines' Geneva Contract

Brussels Airlines has signed a three-year deal with Dnata Switzerland for ground handling services at Geneva.
Urs Zorn, CEO, Dnata Switzerland AG, said: “We are extremely pleased to provide our comprehensive handling services to Brussels Airlines at Geneva.  “This marks what we are confident will be a successful partnership between two companies that are willing to seek change in a challenging environment.
“The move to Dnata as our partner for ground services in Geneva is a key milestone for Brussels Airlines,” said Jan De Leeuw, Vice President Ground Operations at Brussels Airlines.  In terms of commercial interest and number of flights, Geneva is the number one European airport served by our company outside its home base Brussels.”
The contract came into effect on July 1, 2009.  Dnata Geneva now provides a full range of services including check-in, baggage sorting and loading/offloading, aircraft cabin cleaning, general ramp handling as well as load control services, for up to six daily flights to and from Brussels.
