Nashville Promotes Aaron Evans

THE METROPOLITAN Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) recently promoted Aaron Evans − formerly Operations Manager −- to the position of Assistant Director of Operations, part of the Senior Management Staff of the MNAA.
“In all respects, Aaron has effectively been performing in a director-level capacity, and this promotion recognizes Aaron’s outstanding efforts and his significant role in the MNAA team’s collective efforts to provide the Nashville Airports experience to our passengers, partners, and employees,” said Raul Regalado, President and CEO of the MNAA.
In this role, Evans plans, organizes, and directs the functional operation of Nashville International and John C Tune airports under control of the MNAA.  He directs daily airside and landside operations, including being responsible for airfield activities related to construction, inspections and federal requirements.  Evans serves as a liaison with tenants and governmental agencies co-ordinating airport operational activities.  He oversees the management of the airport’s operations centre, as well as its parking facilities and services.
A member of the AAAE, Evans is currently enrolled in the Global Airports Council International International Civil Aviation Organization Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme and is pursuing accreditation with that organization as an International Airport Professional.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in technical aeronautics.
