July 6: To celebrate the opening of Terminal 3 at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, Emirates is set to bring one of its Airbus A380s to mark the occasion.
Emirates will commission a one-off service offering passengers flying from Delhi to Dubai on the A380, which will operate Flight EK516 on July 15, departing Dubai at 10:10 and arriving in Delhi at 14:50.
Majid Al Mualla, Emirates’ Senior Vice President for West Asia and the Indian Ocean said “Emirates has been flying to Delhi since our first day of operations in 1985. Twenty five years on, ten destinations and 184 weekly flights certainly represent the efforts and investment that have gone into building a strong relationship with India.”
