BAA to Sell Airports

BRITAIN’S SUPREME Court has ruled that it will not revoke the Competition Commission’s judgement that BAA must sell Stansted and one of either Edinburgh or Glasgow airports (subject to a final re-appraisal).  BAA is owned by ADI, which comprises Ferrovial of Spain (a leading global transport infrastructure developer) with 56%; CDPQ (a major Quebec pension fund) at 26%; and GCI (the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) with 18%.
