According to ACI statistics Oslo attracts more people via public transport than any other airport in Europe. (OSL)

OSLO AIRPORT (OSL) has the highest public transport share among European airports according to a survey for 2010 conducted by Airports Council International (ACI).
The survey comprises 53 European airports and Oslo topped the list with approximately 67% of passengers using public transport to visit the airport.
For purposes of comparison, Zürich came second in the survey with a public transport share of 59%, while Copenhagen came third with 56%.
The train is the most popular mode of transport for travellers to and from OSL accounting for around 47% of passengers, while buses are used by about 21%.
