No.1 Lounge at Heathrow

Airport hospitality specialist No.1 Traveller is launching its flagship lounge at London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 3 in mid-August 2011.
The new 10,000 sq ft (929m2) facility will create 35 jobs including bartenders, spa therapists and a general manager.  It will feature a bistro and bar, Travel Spa, mini-cinema, quiet room, family room and two games rooms.  From September, a suite of single and double bedrooms will also be available.
Chief Executive and Founder of No.1 Traveller, Phil Cameron, says:  “With the success of our first ‘super-lounge’ at Gatwick’s North Terminal, we are excited to be opening our flagship lounge at Heathrow.”
The lounge is available to all Terminal 3 passengers.  Entry is £25 (US$41) for an advanced booking of £30 (US$49) on the door for up to three hours.  Bedroom facilities and travel spa treatments are available at an extra cost and can be purchased without lounge access.
The No.1 bedrooms are open from 04:30 to 22:30 and are the first of their kind in the departures lounge.  Transfer passengers will have the opportunity to rest and also to freshen in one of the en-suite bathrooms with showers.
The Travel Spa will offer a range of treatments including manicures, facials and hairdressing, as well as shower facilities.
