AVIAREPS Merger for Baltic States

Aviation and tourism representation company AVIAREPS has opened its 42nd office after signing an agreement with Estonian general sales agent Airline Management.  The office will now conduct all future business as AVIAREPS Airline Management.
The merger will cover all Baltic states, providing sales, marketing and PR services for aviation and tourism accounts.  The company – based in Tallinn, Estonia – is already well established and currently represents ten clients:  LOT Polish Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Etihad Airways, Air Mauritius, Air Namibia, Air Seychelles, Jet Airways, Condor, Carnival Cruise Lines and Wyndham hotels.  These are all based in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Chairman and CEO of AVIAREPS, Michael Gaebler, said:  “Estonia and the Baltic States, through their growing economic markets, have proved that a merger is a proactive way forward for the continuous and widespread provision of global services for our industry.”
Airline Management was founded in 2005 by the former Vice President Commercial of Estonian Air, Leela Lilleorg, who will continue to be General Manager of the company following the merger.
