Servisair Lounges Welcome Millionth 2012 Customer

Servisair recently welcomed its millionth customer of 2012 to the company’s UK lounges.  Mrs Jeanette Williams from the North West of England, was named the lucky customer after visiting the Servisair Lounge at Manchester Terminal 2, in October.  Mrs Williams won a VIP airport experience including complimentary lounge passes for two with champagne on arrival, £50 (US$80) worth of retail vouchers along with a VIP Concierge package, courtesy of Servisair Lounge’s sister brand, Servisair Concierge.
Mrs Jeanette Williams, commented: “I am delighted to win this prize.  We never usually win anything!
“I’m looking forward to the next time we travel so we can enjoy the VIP treatment.  Thank you Servisair Lounges.”
The winning passenger had booked the lounge by taking advantage of the recent partnership between Servisair and The Telegraph newspaper, a partnership that allows the Telegraph Subscriber cardholder two for one entry into any Servisair or Aspire by Servisair’ lounge.  Shaun Weston, Travel Services Director of Servisair, commented: “We are extremely proud to announce we have welcomed our millionth passenger in to our lounge this year, and that the passenger was a customer from our partnership with the Telegraph.
“We are currently heavily re-investing in our airport lounges and are rolling out our new portfolio of lounges, Aspire by Servisair.  The brand offers something for both the business and leisure passenger offering freshly prepared menus, complimentary wines beers and spirits and personal charging facilities all within a designer lounge setting.”
Servisair already has one of its recently-launched Aspire lounges at London’s Gatwick North, Liverpool John Lennon, Helsinki, Birmingham UK and Luton airports and plans to extend the concept to Bristol and Manchester UK in early 2013.
