Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services has opened new dining concepts at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, USA.
Matt King, President of Delaware North, said that the openings were just in time for Mardi Gras and the Super Bowl. “Thanks to the help of the airport board, city officials, and all of our partners, we can now offer travellers an authentic New Orleans experience as soon as they step off the plane.”
The new concepts include: Cheesecake Scoop Café in Concourse D, serving a variety of meals including sandwiches, wraps and salads; Copeland’s Gourmet Kitchen in Concourse C, a restaurant chain serving customer favourites like pasta and fish; Dooky Chase in Concourse C, serving New Orleans classics influenced by French, Sicilian and Italian cuisine; Le Petit Bistro in Concourse B, which has a bistro-style menu serving freshly-prepared food; PJ’s Coffee in Concourse B; WOW Café and Wingery! in Concourse D, a casual restaurant with 17 signature sauces and a menu prepared by award-winning chefs; Ye Olde College Inn in Concourse D, a quintessential New Orleans bar and restaurant; and Zatarain’s Kitchen in Concourse B, a first-of-its-kind restaurant for the brand, serving traditional Louisiana dishes.
Mr King said: When we contemplated our recommendations for the airport in terms of dining options, we knew we wanted to showcase the very best of New Orleans cuisine.”
