Dubai World Central Signs MoU

The world’s first purpose-built aerotropolis, Dubai World Central (DWC), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Australian firm Aircraft Support Industries (ASI).  The companies will jointly provide clients with built-to-suit and related services in the design, development and construction of aircraft hangar and maintenance facilities at DWC’s Aviation District.
DWC will provide the plots at the Aviation District where the maintenance facilities will be built, while ASI will provide design and construction services.  Both parties will later sign a joint venture agreement that will set out the details and define their respective roles and responsibilities to execute and deliver the services.
