Etihad Airways has unveiled an US$8 million premium lounge at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) in Paris.  Located in Terminal 2, the lounge is available to passengers using the UAE flag carrier’s double daily service between the French capital and Abu Dhabi.  It will also benefit codeshare partner Air France-KLM’s premium guests booked to travel on Etihad Airways-operated services from Paris to Abu Dhabi.
Under the care of distinguished French art curator, Bertrand Epaud, the Paris lounge features a prestigious collection of original artworks including glass vases, bottles and fish sculptures by French glass blower Jean-Claude Novaro, three-dimensional art forms of butterflies and skylines by French artist Jean-François Larrieu, and original Arabic artworks by Iraqi calligrapher Hassan Massoudy.
French national Marie-Pierre Zanusso, a wine expert with almost a decade’s experience in international hospitality will manage the new lounge.
