Food and beverage expert SSP is set to open a new brasserie called Himmel & Hav at Stockholm Arlanda Airport’s Terminal 2.
Himmel & Hav, which means Sky & Sea, will serve brasserie classics such as steak tartare. The menu is complemented by an “excellent” list of wines, many of which are available by the glass.
The 5,812.5sq ft (540m2) facility is decorated in warm tones with extensive use of natural woods and leathers. Featuring a range of seating, the unit is ideal for both travellers wanting something to eat or for those who want to enjoy a drink at the bar.
