Malaysia Airlines appoints AVIAREPS as GSA in Scandinavia & Iceland

Malaysia Airlines has appointed AVIAREPS in Scandinavia and Iceland.
The two companies will cooperate in the territories of Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland.  AVIAREPS’ Nordic head office in Stockholm will perform sales and marketing actions, as well as reservations and ticketing handling with immediate effect.
Malaysia Airlines has chosen Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport and London Heathrow as its European hubs.  Currently, the airline operates daily flights from Amsterdam and double daily from London to Kuala Lumpur with code share partners KLM and British Airways. Further European destinations such as Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and Reykjavik are well-linked through code share partners KLM, British Airways offering convenient feeder flights via Amsterdam and London.  A commercial agreement with SAS enables also possibilities to fly via the hubs Frankfurt and Paris.
In addition to the long-haul services, excellent onward connections to all major Malaysia cities are offered, as well as a variety of services to increasingly expanding international flight routes, such as Adelaide, Denpasar, Hanoi, Jakarta, Melbourne, Perth, Saigon and Sydney.
