Iberia Airport Services Renews Aer Lingus Contract

Iberia Airport Services (IAS), the Spanish airline’s handling division, has renewed its passenger and ramp handling services contract with the Irish carrier Aer Lingus, and extended it to cover Madrid and Alicante, for a total of 14 airports.

IAS, along with its partners, will handle a total of nearly 3,000 Aer Lingus flights per year. 

IAS is Spain’s largest airport handling company and one of Europe’s most important, handling aircraft, passengers and freight at 41 Spanish airports.  It employs more than 7,500 people, and last year served nearly 73 million passengers and more than 310,000 aircraft belonging to more than 200 customer airlines.
