Servair Opens New Restaurant and Lounge at Martinique

Martinique Food CourtServair, France’s largest airport catering and service provider has opened a new restaurant and lounge located at Aimé Césaire International Airport, Martinique’s international gateway.

Servair Retail Fort-de-France (SRFF*) won a ten-year contract to manage and operate the range of catering outlets and points of sale (café bars and vending machines) at the Fort de France passenger terminal.

The launch of this restaurant and lounge concludes its joint development project, which began with the opening of an Air Lounge Café snack and a Burger King restaurant in the departure area.  It total, their catering outlets in both the public and customs areas occupy a total surface area of 1400 m².

Servair says the launch of this new restaurant and lounge is in line with growth strategy and objective to expand its airport service offerings.  It currently has a presence at 41 locations worldwide.
