Web check-in is now available at Kiev’s Boryspil Airport where only one option – the check-in counter – was previously possible. This addition means all of Estonian Air’s customers can use web check-in or check-in kiosks at all of the airline’s destinations.
Indrek Randveer, CCO of Estonian Air commented: “After the expansion of the ALTEA DCS self-service system to Kiev’s Boryspil Airportall our destinations are supported with an online check-in option. This makes travelling easier and faster by reducing the time a passenger would spend at an airport check-in counter. “Furthermore, online check-in for a flight is often available earlier than at the counter.”
Web check-in is available from 36 hours to just 45 minutes before scheduled departure for all Estonian Air flights.
The airline says passengers starting their trip from Kiev, Moscow and St Petersburg should note that they must present printed boarding pass at the local boarder and security control.
Passengers who have checked in but have no possibility to print out the boarding pass can, irrespective of their ticket type, print out the boarding pass at the check-in kiosk or request it from the check-in counter or baggage drop-off desk free of charge.
