The design and engineering firm, Systra together with the customer experience specialists, Ethos Farm, have been awarded a Customer Experience contract at London Luton Airport (IATA: LTN).

Luton Airport is in the middle of an infrastructure transformation project to enable it to meet growing demand which has already seen capacity increase to 16.6m passengers in 2018.

To support these infrastructure enhancements the airport reports it is investing in a complete overhaul of the end to end customer experience which has led to the contract award.

Clare Armstrong, Luton’s head of passenger services, said: “We are proud of the improvements we have made at London Luton Airport, but we want to go even further in transforming the passenger experience and look forward to working with Systra and Ethos Farm along with all of our various partners to make LLA the first choice of travellers flying in and out of London.”
