EasyJet temporarily grounds entire fleet

Due to the increasing restrictions resulting from the coronavirus epidemic, EasyJet has grounded its entire fleet of more than 300 airliners until further notice.

Like almost every other airline, it had already cancelled most of its services but had continued to operate a more than 600 repatriation flights. An airline statement the company would continue to work with government bodies to operate additional rescue flights as requested.
